Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating were an excellent company to work with. I was so pleased with their technician Victor. He did a great job and was so kind. He showed up on time and worked quickly. He cleaned up after himself and made sure all was working well before he left. Ronda in the office made this process so simple.She was absolutely fantastic as well! I would highly recommend this company.

Victor and Chris were amazing! They were fast, efficient and informative on my tune up. They made great recommendations for my A/C unit to run more efficiently. Victor even pointed out a safety issue with my hot water heater and was kind enough to do a temporary fix until I could get someone out to take a look. Mendez Air Conditioning and Heating were assigned to us via our Old Republic home warranty plan - and I am very glad that they did.
I received a call, within a very short amount of time, by a Mendez representative, who was terrific; she was able to send out a team within a few hours. Victor and Mike showed up ; they were extremely professional, and were able to correctly diagnose and fix our furnace. What a relief !
Seems like a great company, and intend on calling them in the future .

Called for a duct cleaning but turned out I just needed a filter replacement (my mistake!). The technician was so friendly and professional, and quickly just changed the filter with no charge! He also took the time to point out a safety hazard that needed to be addressed. I definitely recommend Mendez AC/Heat and will be hiring them for our system maintenance in the future!
