RULES

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents within the Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating service area. Must be 18 years or older at time of entry. Home must be owner-occupied.

2. Entry Limit

One (1) entry per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted from February 22, 2026 through May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a new full HVAC system (equipment and standard installation) with a retail value of up to $18,000.

• Equipment brand and system specifications determined by Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating.
• Installation includes standard residential replacement.
• Any non-standard modifications, ductwork replacements, electrical upgrades, crane
• services, permits, or structural modifications not included.
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless.

5. Prior Customers Bonus

Customers who purchased and installed a new HVAC system from Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating on or after January 1, 2025 will receive a $4,500 credit in lieu of a full system replacement if selected as the winner.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected via random drawing within 14 days of the promotion end date. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Installation Conditions

Home must meet minimum installation requirements and pass a pre-install inspection. If the home is not eligible for standard installation, the winner may apply the prize value toward a qualifying system.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree to allow Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating to use their name, likeness, and home photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Eligibility is open to legal California residents within Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating’s service area who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Home must be owner-occupied. Renters are not eligible. Entry period begins February 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. Entry Limit is  One (1) entry per household during the promotion period. Prize is One (1) residential HVAC system including standard installation. Maximum retail value is $18,000. Equipment brand, efficiency rating, and specifications determined solely by Sponsor. Prize excludes non-standard installation costs including but not limited to ductwork replacement, structural modifications, electrical upgrades, crane service, permits, code upgrades, asbestos abatement, or other extraordinary conditions. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Customers who purchased and installed a complete HVAC system from Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating on or after January 1, 2025 will receive a $4,500 account credit in lieu of equipment replacement if selected. One winner will be selected in a random drawing within fourteen (14) days following the end of the promotion period. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
