Dog Days of Summer – Promotion Terms & Conditions
- Promotion valid only during the advertised promotional period.
- Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating will donate $10 to Animal Samaritans for each completed service call with repairs or services exceeding the diagnostic fee. Diagnostic-only visits do not qualify.
- Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating will donate $100 to Animal Samaritans for each new HVAC equipment installation with a total contract value exceeding $5,000.
- Mendez guarantees a minimum total campaign donation of $2,500, with a maximum total campaign donation of $5,000.
- Verified Animal Samaritans adopters are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary one-year Mendez Maintenance Membership during the promotional period.
- The complimentary Maintenance Membership is limited to one (1) HVAC system per household location and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- Verification of adoption through Animal Samaritans is required to receive the complimentary Maintenance Membership.
- Donations are made by Mendez Air Conditioning & Heating and are not tax-deductible for customers.
